About Ez3dprint

Ez3dprint is an independently operated 3D printing marketplace, published at ez3dprint.com. It connects people who need a part printed with people who already own the printer and the filament to make it.

How an order works

1. 1. You upload your model. The STL is measured in your browser to get real volume and bounding box, so the quote reflects the actual part rather than a guess.
2. 2. We match a maker. Makers who can't fit the model on their build plate, or who don't stock your material and color, are filtered out. The rest are ranked by their public trust score.
3. 3. You pay by card. Payments are processed by Stripe. Ez3dprint never sees or stores your full card number.
4. 4. The maker prints and ships. Ez3dprint buys the postage and sends the maker a prepaid label. Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order.
5. 5. You have 5 days to be happy. If the print arrives broken or poor quality, you can request a refund with photos within 5 days of delivery. See our terms and guarantee.

How makers get paid

Makers earn 80% of the print charge on every job they deliver, and 100% of it during their first 30 days. Earnings accumulate as credit in the maker's studio and are paid out manually by the owner through PayPal, Cash App or Venmo. Credit is held for the 5-day guarantee window (or released immediately if the buyer marks the order as all good) so that refunds can be honoured fairly on both sides.

A note on the name

The business is called Ez3dprint and it runs on its own domain, ez3dprint.com. Ez3dprint is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any other company using a similar name, and we never ask for your password, card details or personal information by email or phone.
