The 5-day "customer is always right" guarantee
We stand behind every print that ships through Ez3dprint. If your order arrives and you're unhappy with it — it's broken, the quality is poor, the dimensions are off, the color is wrong — you have 5 days from the moment it's marked delivered to file a refund request with a short explanation and photos of the print. We review every request personally and, once approved, the full print cost goes straight back to you.
- Refund
- You get back 100% of the print charge — what you paid for the printing itself.
- Shipping
- The flat $9.99 shipping fee is not refunded. It covers the label that already got the package to your door.
- Maker
- The maker who printed the order does not get paid. Their credit for the job is reversed in full. They only earn when you're happy.
- Window
- The refund request must be filed within 5 days (120 hours) of the order being marked delivered. After that, the order is considered final. You can also close the window early by marking the order as all good — that pays your maker immediately and waives the guarantee for that order.
- Review
- Every request is reviewed by Ez3dprint with the photos you provide. You'll see the decision on your orders page, and the maker's payout is frozen until it's made.
To request a refund, open the order on your orders page and hit "Request refund" within the 5-day window. Tell us what went wrong and attach 1–5 photos of the print. If approved, the money goes back to your original payment method.
Using Ez3dprint
Ez3dprint connects people who want 3D-printed parts with people who own 3D printers and are willing to run jobs. By uploading a model, placing an order, or listing a printer, you agree to these terms.
What you upload
You confirm that you own the model files you upload, or hold the rights and licences to have them printed, and that printing them doesn't infringe anyone else's intellectual property. Ez3dprint doesn't review models for IP compliance — that responsibility is yours.
What sellers list in the shop
If you list a pre-made product in the Ez3dprint shop, you confirm that you own the design or hold the rights, licence, or written permission needed to print and sell it commercially. Listing models you don't have the rights to — including paid or non-commercial designs, fan-art of protected characters, and anything scraped from another creator — is not allowed. The photos and descriptions you upload must be your own work and must show the actual item you'll ship.
Ez3dprint doesn't review listings for IP compliance — that responsibility is yours. We remove any listing on a credible rights complaint, and repeat or deliberate infringement means the seller's account is terminated and unpaid credit for the affected orders is reversed. You agree to cover any claim brought against Ez3dprint that comes from something you listed.
Quotes and pricing
Every quote is calculated from the real mesh volume of your file, the material and color you select, and the machine time the print will take. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no surprise charges after the fact. Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, passed through at cost.
For makers
Makers earn 80% of the print charge on every order they fulfil — guaranteed to cover their material and machine costs plus a 30% margin. Ez3dprint keeps the remaining 20% for matching, payment processing, and shipping labels. For the first 30 days after a maker accepts these terms, Ez3dprint waives its fee entirely: the buyer pays the same price and the maker keeps 100% of the print charge. Makers set their own weekly job limit and can decline any job. Payouts are handled manually through the method of the maker's choice (PayPal, Cash App or Venmo) and are processed from the earnings dashboard.
Maker credit is held for 120 hours (5 days) after an order is marked delivered — the same window the buyer has to claim the guarantee. Once the window closes without a refund claim, the credit unlocks automatically and can be withdrawn.
If an order is refunded under the 5-day guarantee, the maker's credit for that job is reversed and they are not paid for it. A pattern of refunded orders lowers a maker's trust score, which affects how often they're matched with new jobs. Listing yourself as a maker means you accept these terms.
Trust and reviews
Every completed order raises a maker's trust score. Every cancellation or refund drags it down. New jobs are offered first to the eligible maker with the highest trust score, so the makers who consistently deliver get the most work. Trust tiers (New, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Elite) are visible on every maker profile.
Maker bonuses and referrals
Ez3dprint may offer new makers a one-time signup bonus and a referral bonus when a new maker completes registration through your personal invite link. Both bonuses are credited as pending maker credit and only unlock for withdrawal once that new maker delivers a real, paid order.
Bonuses are limited to one signup bonus per person and one referral bonus per referred maker. You may not create multiple accounts, refer yourself, use fake identities, automation, bots, or any other artificial means to collect bonuses. Referring people you live with or share a household, device, or payment method with — or people who are not genuinely interested in operating a printer on Ez3dprint — is considered abuse.
If we suspect abuse, we may delay, withhold, void, or claw back any bonus credit, suspend or terminate the accounts involved, and remove you from the referral program. Our decision is final. We do not have to pay a bonus for any account that is later found to be in violation of these terms.
On-platform communication only
Every order has a built-in message thread between the buyer and the maker. All communication about an order — print details, timing, packaging, problems — must stay in that thread.
Taking a job off Ez3dprint is strictly prohibited. That includes sharing or requesting phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or links in order to deal directly, and arranging or accepting payment outside Ez3dprint through any app or method (PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, cash, bank transfer, and so on). It also includes soliciting a buyer or maker you met here for future work outside the platform.
If we find that either side has gone off-platform, both accounts are terminated immediately, any pending maker credit is forfeited, and open orders are cancelled. Off-platform deals also void the 5-day money-back guarantee, the shipping label, and every other protection Ez3dprint provides — nothing that happens off the platform is covered by us. We may review order messages to enforce this rule and to resolve refund disputes.
Liability
Ez3dprint is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between customers and independent makers. We don't manufacture the prints ourselves. Printed parts are for general use — if you're printing something safety-critical, load-bearing, or medical, you're responsible for validating the result. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
You are solely responsible for what you do with your printed parts after you receive them. Ez3dprint is not liable for any damage, injury, loss, or illegal activity that results from the use, modification, or misuse of the prints you order. By placing an order you accept the item as-is and assume full responsibility for how it is used, stored, or distributed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. The 5-day money-back guarantee will always apply to orders placed while it's in effect. If we ever change the guarantee, it won't apply retroactively to orders you've already placed.
