Ez3dprint (operating at ez3dprint.com) is an owner-operated 3D printing marketplace based in Florida, United States. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. We don't sell your data to anyone.
What we collect
- Account details
- Your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google — never your Google password.
- Model files
- The STL files you upload, plus the print settings you choose. Your files are stored privately and shared only with the maker assigned to your order, for the purpose of printing it.
- Shipping details
- The delivery name and address for your order, and — for makers — the ship-from name, address, email and phone used to generate carrier labels.
- Payment details
- Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We store the order amount and Stripe's reference for it. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Refund evidence
- If you file a refund request, the reason and photos you submit, so the request can be reviewed.
- Maker inventory and stats
- Printers, filaments, weekly job limits, trust score and completed order counts. A maker's display name, general location, trust tier and rating are shown publicly; email, phone and street address are not.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to complete your order: Stripe for card payments and refunds, Shippo and the carrier it selects for shipping labels and tracking, Supabase for database, file storage and authentication, and Resend for transactional email. The maker assigned to your order receives your model files and delivery address. Nobody else.
Cookies and local storage
We store your sign-in session in your browser so you don't have to log in on every visit, and we remember an invite code if you arrived through a maker's referral link. We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records, including the amounts paid and paid out, are kept for tax and dispute purposes. Uploaded model files are kept while your order is active and for the guarantee window afterwards, so a refund claim can be assessed. You can ask us to delete files sooner.
Your choices
You can change your display name at any time in your account settings, and you can ask for a copy of your data or for your account and files to be deleted. Email or call us and we'll handle it personally:
Children
Ez3dprint is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
